使用的注意事项
Precautions for use
(1)麻绳只适用于设置吊装工具及轻便工件的移动和起吊，或吊装工件的手拉溜绳，在机械驱动的起重机具中不得使用。
(1) the hemp rope is only suitable for the movement and lifting of lifting tools and light workpieces, or the manual sliding rope for lifting workpieces, which shall not be used in the mechanical driven lifting machines and tools.
(2)麻绳不得向一个方向连续扭转，以免松散或扭劲。发现上述现象时，应及时消除。
(2) the hemp rope shall not be twisted continuously in one direction to avoid loosening or twisting. The above phenomena shall be eliminated in time.
(3)麻绳使用中，严禁与锐利的物体直接接触，如无法避免时应垫以保护物。
(3) during the use of hemp rope, it is strictly prohibited to directly contact with sharp objects. If it cannot be avoided, it shall be padded with protective objects.
(4)麻绳在当做跑绳使用时，安全系数不得小于10;当做绳扣使用时，安全系数不得小于12。
(4) when hemp rope is used as running rope, the safety factor shall not be less than 10; when it is used as rope buckle, the safety factor shall not be less than 12.
(5)麻绳不得与酸、碱等腐蚀性介质接触。
(5) hemp rope shall not contact with corrosive media such as acid and alkali.
(6)麻绳应存放在通风干燥的地方，不得受热受潮。
(6) the hemp rope shall be stored in a ventilated and dry place and shall not be heated or damped.
(7)麻绳使用前应认真检查，当表面均匀磨损不超过直径的30%，局部触伤不超过同断面直径的10%时，可按直径缩减程度折合降低使用。如局部触伤和局部腐蚀严重的，可截去受损部分插接使用。
(7) the hemp rope shall be inspected carefully before use. When the surface is evenly worn and the diameter of the part is less than 30% and the diameter of the same section is less than 10%, the hemp rope can be reduced according to the reduction degree of the diameter. In case of severe local contact and corrosion, the damaged part can be cut off for plug-in use.
(8)麻绳使用于滑车组时，滑轮的直径应大于麻绳直径的10倍，其绳槽半径应大于麻绳半径的1/4。
(8) when the hemp rope is used in the pulley block, the diameter of the pulley shall be greater than 10 times of the diameter of the hemp rope, and the radius of the rope groove shall be greater than 1 / 4 of the radius of the hemp rope.
